1. Getting Started
Create or sign in to your account, import accounts from CSV/XLSX, map addresses, use Radar and Today plan, then log visits and follow-ups as you work your territory.
2. Import and Account Mapping Help
Use clear columns like Account Name, Address, City, State, and ZIP. Bad or incomplete addresses may need review. Weak matches may be held for review instead of trusted as map pins.
3. Mileage Report Beta
Mileage is an estimate. Verify or save start/end points before they are included. ProxiPoint does not track you in the background. Actual driving mileage may differ.
4. Data and Privacy Controls
You can export backup, delete synced account data, clear temporary browser cache, sign out, and manage browser location permissions.
5. Account Deletion Help
You can delete your account from the signed-in Account & Sync area. If you cannot complete deletion, email support@getproxipoint.com from your account email with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your sign-in email, approximate last sign-in date, and whether you can still access the app.
6. Troubleshooting
If the app does not load, refresh. If account data does not appear, check your connection and retry loading. If maps or geocoding are slow, try again later. If location does not work, check browser permissions. If the app behaves oddly after updates, clear browser cache and retry.
7. What to Include
Send the account email used to sign in, device/browser, what happened, steps to reproduce, any visible error message, and a screenshot if possible.
